释义	法律分析：工龄认定不一定要合同。不是必须有劳动合同才能计算工龄的，工龄是从劳动者入职该公司的那一天开始计算的。一般员工在入职公司时，公司都会给员工签一份入职登记表，该入职登记表上注明了入职该公司的日期；如果员工的厂牌上有写明入职日期，也是可以计算工龄的。法律依据：《劳动保险条例实施细则》第三十八条一般工龄系指工人职员以工资收入为生活资料之全部或主要来源的工作时间而言。在计算一般工龄时，应包括本企业工龄在内。
