释义	法律分析: 国家还允许强拆。被拆迁人在法定期限内不申请行政复议、不提起行政诉讼或在规定期限内拒不搬迁的，区、县房地局可以作出裁决，并向法院提出强制执行拆迁申请。《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》第二十八条被征收人在法定期限内不申请行政复议或者不提起行政诉讼，在补偿决定规定的期限内又不搬迁的，由作出房屋征收决定的市、县级人民政府依法申请人民法院强制执行。强制执行申请书应当附具补偿金额和专户存储账号、产权调换房屋和周转用房的地点和面积等材料。
