襄阳是部分高风险等级。
湖北出行最新政策具体如下：
1、对7天内有高风险区旅居史的入（返）宜昌的人员，落地核酸，点对点转运；
2、实施7天居家隔离医学观察措施，期间赋红码管理，不得外出；
3、在居家隔离的第1、3、5、7天各开展1次核酸检测；
4、对7天内有疫情但未调整风险等级所在县（市、区）旅居史的返（抵）并人员，按照低风险区防控措施进行管理；
5、隔离医学观察管理期限自离开风险区域算起，排查时间从当地调整风险等级之日起回溯7天。
确保政策落实到位。加强关心，在流动性管理前，对5名独居老人、28名孕妇、5名大病患者进行走访，可以家人入住照顾的，提醒家人提前入住，家人不能入住照顾的每日问安、提供服务。加强管理，一方面设置流动检测点，逐单元开展核酸。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》第六条
国务院卫生行政部门主管全国传染病防治及其监督管理工作。县级以上地方人民政府卫生行政部门负责本行政区域内的传染病防治及其监督管理工作。
县级以上人民政府其他部门在各自的职责范围内负责传染病防治工作。
军队的传染病防治工作，依照本法和国家有关规定办理，由中国人民解放军卫生主管部门实施监督管理。
