释义	即使母亲不母乳，法律上也算哺乳期。哺乳期是指产后产妇用自己的乳汁喂养婴儿的时期，就是开始哺乳到停止哺乳的这段时间。哺乳期并不会因为母亲不母乳而消失。我国相关法律也规定，用人单位是不能在哺乳期降低女职工的工资，或者予以辞退、与其解除劳动或者聘用合同。法律依据：《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第五条　用人单位不得因女职工怀孕、生育、哺乳降低其工资、予以辞退、与其解除劳动或者聘用合同。
