释义	原劳动关系未解除一般可以就业的，劳动者提前一个月提出即可解除合同。自动离职也是一种解除合同的方式。与前一种方式不同的是，提前一个月告知的，可以要求企业支付一个月的补偿。而自动离职的没有这种待遇。一般情况下，自动离职后即可以找工作。【法律依据】《劳动合同法》第九十一条，用人单位招用与其他用人单位尚未解除或者终止劳动合同的劳动者，给其他用人单位造成损失的，应当承担连带赔偿责任。
