释义	所谓代通金，又叫替代通知期工资，是指劳动者具有法定情形之一的，用人单位提出解除劳动合同，应当提前三十日以书面的形式通知劳动者本人，如果用人单位没有尽到这一提前书面通知的义务，则用人单位应当额外支付劳动者一个月工资作为替代补偿。【法律依据】《劳动合同法实施条例》第二十条，用人单位依照劳动合同法第四十条的规定，选择额外支付劳动者一个月工资解除劳动合同的，其额外支付的工资应当按照该劳动者上一个月的工资标准确定。
