释义	买家无故拒收快件，是需要承担来回的运费损失。如果是运费到付，可以在买家申请退款的时候要求扣除此次运费，如果对方拒绝配合的话，可以申请小二介入并提供快递交易底单，费用明细。如果选择货到付款，买家也没有缴纳任何定金，可以向淘宝客服投诉，淘宝会将买家登记不良购买记录，次数多了会被拉入黑名单。到付款的商品到货后，如果商品质量有问题或者货不对版的，拒绝收货是不承担责任的
