释义	在租房合同其内想退房退押金是可以的，如果是与房东协商一致后觉得解除租赁合同提前退租的，不需要承担违约责任；如果不是协商一致解除合同，是房客单方面要求解除合同的，则房客要承担违约责任，不过押金在出租屋内的设施没有破坏的情况下是要退还的。法律依据《民法典》第五百七十七条，当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
