店面转让已经一年了后悔了应该处理？
释义
已经转让就代表双方的转让合同已经生效，若不存在使合同无效的情形和可撤销的情形以及当事人约定或法律规定的解除合同的情形，则合同继续有效。已经转让的店面以及归买房所有。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百六十二条 当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
