释义	申请人在商标评审委员会作出决定、裁定前，要求撤回申请的，经书面向商标评审委员会说明理由，可以撤回;撤回申请的，评审程序终止。需要注意的是，申请人撤回商标评审申请的，不得以相同的事实和理由再次提出评审申请;商标评审委员会对商标评审申请已经作出裁定或者决定的，任何人不得以相同的事实和理由再次提出评审申请。法律依据《中华人民共和国商标法实施条例》第六十二条
