法律分析：
擅自离职，解除劳动合同当日是工资结算日，单位拖欠工资的，可以到劳动监察大队投诉，由劳动监察大队责令用人单位期限发放工资，逾期不支付的，还要加付赔偿金；协调不成当事人再申请劳动仲裁。擅自离职给用人单位造成实际损失的，单位也可以依法要求劳动者赔偿。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
