法律依据：
《中华人民共和国安全生产法》 第四十二条 生产经营单位必须为从业人员提供符合国家标准或者行业标准的劳动防护用品。也就是说作为劳动者无需购买自行购买口罩。如果因为劳动者购买不到不去上班的,应视为用人单位提供保护措施未到位,疫情期间劳动者有权拒绝到岗,此时不应认为劳动者无故旷工。
