释义	法律分析: 房屋买卖合同不是必须要进行公证的，即便没有经过公证的房屋买卖合同也是有效的，但公证后，具有更强的证据力，可以被法庭直接采纳。关于公证费用，是由各省级价格主管部门会同同级政府部门制定的，所以各地的收费标准还是有一些差别的法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十四条当事人应当按照规定支付公证费。对符合法律援助条件的当事人，公证机构应当按照规定减免公证费。第四十六条公证费的收费标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府价格主管部门会同同级司法行政部门制定。
