释义	法律分析：在空白纸张上提前加盖企业印章特别是公章,容易被不轨人员挪用于其他非公司授权行为,一方面,容易对公司信用与企业形象造成不可逆转的损害;另一方面,非公司授权使用盖章的空白页签署合同还容易使公司面临经济损失甚至是法律责任。法律依据：《印章治安管理办法》第十一条需要更换印章的，须公告声明原印章作废后按照本办法第七条、第八条规定重新办理备案或准刻手续。印章遗失、被抢、被盗的，应当向备案或批准刻制的公安机关报告，并采取公告形式声明作废后，按照前款规定重新办理备案或准刻手续。
