释义	父母与子女之间不可以断绝关系。亲生父母声明与子女脱离关系或子女声明与亲生父母脱离关系，都是违背法律基本要求的，法律对这种做法是不会予以支持的。我国法律只有解除养父母子女间关系的相关。因为这种身份关系是基于法律形成的，同样也可以依法解除。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
