释义	我国法院的庭审没有时间上的限制，只要在审限内审结案件就可以。但是，按照实际情况，一般来说一次庭审的时间需要1到2个小时左右。如果案件权利关系简单，通常一个小时左右可以审理完毕，要是有一定复杂程度的，需要1个多小时到2小时，或者2小时以上不等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百三十六条人民法院审理民事案件，应当在开庭三日前通知当事人和其他诉讼参与人。公开审理的，应当公告当事人姓名、案由和开庭的时间、地点。
