释义	法律分析：民法典规定，财产赠与无民事行能力人的，此时无民事行为能力人视为具有民事行为能力，财产赠与行为有效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第十六条涉及遗产继承、接受赠与等胎儿利益保护的，胎儿视为具有民事权利能力。但是，胎儿娩出时为死体的，其民事权利能力自始不存在。第二十条不满八周岁的未成年人为无民事行为能力人，由其法定代理人代理实施民事法律行为。第六百五十七条赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。
