释义	法律分析: 如果双方未约定利息的情况下可以提前还款，因为此种情况并不损害债权人的利益。但是，如果双方约定了利息，借款人提前返还借款的，债权人可以拒绝提前偿还，因为提前偿还将直接减少借款的利息收入，对债权人利益有一定损害。拒绝提前履行对债权人而言是一项权利，债权人可以先行使，也可以放弃。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百三十条债权人可以拒绝债务人提前履行债务，但是提前履行不损害债权人利益的除外。债务人提前履行债务给债权人增加的费用，由债务人负担。
