释义	根据民事诉讼法第62条的规定，案件有诉讼代理人的，本人除不能表达意志的以外，仍应出庭；确因特殊情况无法出庭的，必须向人民法院提交书面意见。所以，离婚起诉不应诉，一般会这样做：1、当事人一方离婚起诉另一方但不应诉时，法院通常是打电话或寄快递让对方当事人来取传票等资料，通知其一定要应诉。2、但如果遇到拒不配合的当事人，法院仍会派员送达传票等。3、即使当事人拒签，法院仍可依法采用留置送达或者公告送达等方式告知当事人要应诉。4、法院可能会缺席判决，作出对拒不到庭一方不利的判决。
