释义	法律分析：新婚姻法18岁不可以领证，不论是男性十八周岁还是女性十八周岁，都是属于未达到法律规定的结婚年龄的，在此情形下，都不可以到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记，也就无法领取结婚证。即使其虚报了年龄领取结婚证的，其婚姻依法是无效的。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十七条结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效： (一)重婚； (二)有禁止结婚的亲属关系； (三)未到法定婚龄。
