释义	法律分析：在买卖合同中，如果买受人支付了价款，出卖人没有交付货物的情况下，出卖人是债务人，买受人是债权人。如果买受人没有支付价款，出卖人交付了货物的情况下，出卖人是债权人，买受人是债务人。买卖合同是卖方将标的物的所有权转移给买方，买方向卖方支付价款的合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百九十五条买卖合同是出卖人转移标的物的所有权于买受人，买受人支付价款的合同。第五百九十九条出卖人应当按照约定或者交易习惯向买受人交付提取标的物单证以外的有关单证和资料。
