劳动者失业保险缴费比例
释义
失业保险缴费比例是：缴费单位按本单位当月职工工资总额的2%缴纳失业保险费；缴费个人按本人月工资的1%缴纳失业保险费，由所在单位从本人工资中代为扣缴。缴费单位职工月平均工资低于当地上年全部职工月平均工资60%的，按当地上年全部职工月平均工资的60%和单位职工人数确定缴费基数。
