释义	犯人因病正常死亡，监狱如果没过错不承担任何责任，不予赔偿。监狱可以从人道主义的角度给予生活困难的服刑人员家属一定的经济救济和殡葬费用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第五十五条罪犯在服刑期间丧命的，监狱应当立即通知罪犯亲属和人民检察院、人民法院。罪犯因病丧命的，由监狱作出医疗判定。人民检察院对监狱的医疗判定有疑义的，能够再次对丧命原由作出判定。罪犯亲属有疑义的，能够向人民检察院提议。罪犯非正常丧命的，人民检察院应当立即检验，对丧命原由作出判定。
