释义	法律分析：儿媳女婿没有法律上的赡养义务。赡养人的范围只包括老年人的婚生子女、孙子女及外孙子女，而不包括儿媳、女婿，即法律并没有规定儿媳对公婆、女婿对岳父母负有赡养义务。虽然法律规定“赡养人的配偶应当协助赡养人履行赡养义务”，但是协助的义务不是赡养义务，并且这一规定只适用于夫妇关系存续期间。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十九条丧偶儿媳对公婆，丧偶女婿对岳父母，尽了主要赡养义务的，作为第一顺序继承人。
