释义	法律分析: 商标异议申请有下列情形的，商标局不予受理：(一)未在法定期限内提出的；(二)申请人主体资格、异议理由不符合《中华人民共和国商标法》第三十三条规定的；(三)无明确的异议理由、事实和法律依据的；(四)同一异议人以相同的理由、事实和法律依据针对同一商标再次提出异议申请的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国商标法》第二十六条商标在中国政府主办的或者承认的国际展览会展出的商品上首次使用的，自该商品展出之日起六个月内，该商标的注册申请人可以享有优先权。
