释义	法律分析：租赁合同到期后，租赁双方续租的，应该签订新的租赁合同，如果租赁的内容不变的，可以在的租赁合同上增加续租的期限。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同;但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。第七百三十四条租赁期限届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有提出异议的，原租赁合同继续有效，但是租赁期限为不定期。租赁期限届满，房屋承租人享有以同等条件优先承租的权利。
