释义	因乘坐的车辆发生意外事故或者与其他车辆之间发生交通事故，使乘客遭受损失的，由承运人承担损失，如果不属于承运人责任的，承运人在赔偿之后，可以向其他侵权人进行追偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百二十三条承运人应当对运输过程中旅客的伤亡承担赔偿责任；但是，伤亡是旅客自身健康原因造成的或者承运人证明伤亡是旅客故意、重大过失造成的除外。前款规定适用于按照规定免票、持优待票或者经承运人许可搭乘的无票旅客。
