释义	抚养权不可以放弃。抚养孩子是父母的法定的强制性义务，从孩子出生开始父母就对孩子负有抚养的义务；这种义务是必须履行的，除非父母死亡或者丧失抚养能力，否则不得以任何理由拒绝履行抚养义务，更不能放弃孩子的抚养权。法律依据《民法典》第一千零六十七条，父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
