释义	法律分析：当事人因处于危困或者缺乏判断力签订了不平等的合同，构成显失公平的，可以在有效期限内向法院或者仲裁机构申请撤销合同，合同撤销后，自始不产生法律约束力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十一条一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。第一百五十五条无效的或者被撤销的民事法律行为自始没有法律约束力。
