释义	快递损坏的赔偿标准主要有以下两种： 1、完全损毁的，有约定的按约定，没有约定的，参照快件丢失赔偿的规定执行； 2、部分损毁的，有约定的按照约定，没有约定的，依据快件丧失价值占总价值的比例，按照快件丢失赔偿额度的相同比例进行赔偿。法律依据：《快递市场管理办法》第二十条在快递服务过程中，快件（邮件）发生延误、丢失、损毁和内件不符的，经营快递业务的企业应当按照与用户的约定，依法予以赔偿。企业与用户之间未对赔偿事项进行约定的，对于购买保价的快件（邮件），应当按照保价金额赔偿。
