释义	法律分析: 离婚后共同债务的清偿比例可以由双方协议确定，二人协议不成的，由人民法院判决，法院原则上对共同债务清偿比例的判决是一人一半，不过该判决只对夫妻二人产生法律效力，不得对抗外部善意债权人，债权人仍有权利要求夫妻二人对共同债务承担连带偿还责任。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十九条离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿；协议不成的，由人民法院判决。
