释义	法律分析：委托书一般根据委托事项的性质，确定有效时间。根据表见代理原理，如果长年累月委托某一个人办理同样的事情，只要委托方没有书面通知相对方，这个委托视为长期有效。委托书的有效期限应当依据于双方在委托书中的约定，双方根据委托事项自由约定。无约定或约定不明的，可视为在委托事项完成日终止。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效: (一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力; (二)意思表示真实; (三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
