2023年无理由降薪违法吗
释义
法律分析：公司无故给降工资是不合法的。既然双方当事人经过协商一致,在劳动合同中写明每月工资,只要劳动者履行了劳动义务,该公司必须按劳动合同履行支付全部工资的义务。未经过双方协商,该公司单方降低劳动者工资的行为既违反了《劳动法》的规定,又违反了劳动合同中的约定。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第十七条 第二款 劳动合同依法订立即具有法律约束力,当事人必须履行劳动合同规定的义务。
