释义	如果被告地址不祥查找不到或下落不明，无法直接送达起诉状副本及开庭传票，法院可以通过公告送达的方法向被告送达，公告期为两个月，被告的答辩期间为十五日。开庭以后被告不到的话还可以缺席判决。根据《民事诉讼法》第九十二条的规章，在法院受理案件后，如果不能通过直接送达、邮寄送达、留置送达等方法进行送达的，可以由法院采用公告的方法进行送达。并且，自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为已经送达被告。公告期满后，法院就可以在公告所确定的开庭日期进行缺席审理，并根据开庭审理情况进行判决。
