释义	法律分析: 发现漏罪的可以由原审地人民法院管辖，也可以由罪犯服刑地或者犯罪地的人民法院管辖。判决宣告以后，刑罚执行完毕以前，发现被判刑的犯罪分子在判决宣告以前还有其他罪没有判决的，应当对新发现的罪作出判决，把前后两个判决所判处的刑罚，按照数罪并罚原则合并决定执行的刑罚。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》》第二十五条刑事案件由犯罪地的人民法院管辖。如果由被告人居住地的人民法院审判更为适宜的，可以由被告人居住地的人民法院管辖。
