释义	法律分析: 债权人转让了其权利的，如果是部分转让，则还可以向债务人主张未转让部分的债权，如果是全部转让，则不可以再向债务人主张权利了。法律规定债权人转让其债权应当及时通知债务人，否则该转让行为对债务人无效。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
