释义	双方约定的利率不能超过合同成立时一年期贷款市场报价利率四倍。一年期贷款市场报价利率，是指中国人民银行授权全国银行间同业拆借中心自2019年8月20日起每月发布的一年期贷款市场报价利率。法律依据：现金借款利息标准根据最高人民法院《关于人民法院审理借贷案件的若干意见》的第6条规定：民间借贷的利息可适当高于银行利率，但最高不得超过同期银行贷款利率的4倍，超出部分的利息法律不予保护。
