释义	根据国家的秘密法所述，如果国家秘密的保密期限已经满了的话，是可以直接自行解密的。机关、单位必须定期去审核所确定的国家秘密。对于保密期内因保密事项范围内不作为国家秘密事项或者公开后不损害国家安全利益，不需要保密的，则可以解密。对于有需要保密的，可在原有的保密期上延长保密期或者重新确定保密期限。提前解密或者延长保密期的话需要由原密，需要由原定秘机关、单位决定，也可以由上级机关决定。
