年假算在产假里面么？
释义
年休假是指职工带薪年休假，不计入产假假期，职工休产假之后，可以再休年休假。但当事人如果问的是春节放假，产假按照自然日历数计算，遇法定休假日和休息日不顺延，不再计算。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国企业职工带薪年休假实施办法》 第六条 职工依法享受的探亲假、婚丧假、产假等国家规定的假期以及因工伤停工留薪期间不计入年休假假期。
