复议听证程序
释义
法律分析：听证程序是指行政机关在作出行政处罚决定之前听取当事人陈述和申辩，由听证程序参加人就有关问题相互进行质问、辩论和反驳，从而查明案件事实的过程。如果申请人提出要求或者行政复议机关负责法制工作的机构认为有必要的，可以向有关组织和人员调查情况，听取申请人、被申请人和第三人的意见。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国行政复议法实施条例》 第三十三条 对重大、复杂的案件，申请人提出要求或者行政复议机构认为必要时，可以采取听证的方式审理。
