释义	法律分析：加大对违法违规电动车充电行为的打击处理，对有专门充电设施而不去充电、不听劝阻、在整改期内拒不整改的电动车车主，由公安、城管部门依法处理，没收乱扯的充电线，对情节严重的进行严肃处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国消防法》第二章第三十六条严禁在建筑内的首层门厅、共用走道、疏散通道、安全出口、楼梯间（门洞口）、楼层楼道及地下室等公共区域停放电动车或者为电动车充电，严禁私拉乱接电线、严禁“飞线充电”。
