释义	法律分析: 所谓同工同酬，是指用人单位对于从事相同工作、付出等量劳动且取得相同业绩的劳动者，应支付同等的劳动报酬。据此规定，“同工”必须具备三个条件：一是相同的工作岗位、工作内容；二是付出相同的劳动工作量；三是取得了相同的工作业绩。只有同时符合这三个条件，劳动者才可能取得“同酬”。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十六条工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬。工资水平在经济发展的基础上逐步提高。国家对工资总量实行宏观调控。
