问题	担保人对转让后的股权有担保责任
释义	如果债务转让没有经过保证人同意的，转让后担保人不再承担责任；保证人同意了的，保证人在原保证担保的范围内继续承担保证责任。保证合同另有约定的，按照约定。【法律依据】《民法典》第六百九十六条，债权人转让全部或者部分债权，未通知保证人的，该转让对保证人不发生效力。保证人与债权人约定禁止债权转让，债权人未经保证人书面同意转让债权的，保证人对受让人不再承担保证责任。
