小区楼道吸烟是谁管
释义
小区楼道吸烟归物业管。
任何人不得在禁止吸烟场所吸烟和索要烟具，自觉听从劝阻；在非禁止吸烟场所吸烟应当合理避让不吸烟者，不乱弹烟灰，不乱扔烟头。个人违反规定，在禁止吸烟场所（区域）吸烟的，由相应主管部门行政执法人员责令立即改正，并可处以五十元以上五百元以下的罚款。

《物业管理条例》第一条，为了规范物业管理活动，维护业主和物业服务企业的合法权益，改善人民群众的生活和工作环境，制定本条例。
