释义	如果在离婚冷静期有一方出轨，另一方想直接离婚的话，第一种的方法是等离婚冷静期三十天过去以后办理离婚，第二种方法是直接向法院提请诉讼进行离婚。因为离婚冷静期只适用与协议离婚的情形。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十七条自婚姻登记机关收到离婚登记申请之日起三十日内，任何一方不愿意离婚的，可以向婚姻登记机关撤回离婚登记申请。
