释义	法律分析: 私自在客厅隔一个房间的，算违建。经建设规划审批后，在客厅隔一个房间的，则不算违建，但如果在建设隔断时使用实心砖或不符合消防标准的材料，对房屋造成安全隐患的，属于违建。《商品房屋租赁管理办法》第六条有下列情形之一的房屋不得出租：（一）属于违法建筑的；（二）不符合安全、防灾等工程建设强制性标准的；（三）违反规定改变房屋使用性质的；（四）法律、法规规定禁止出租的其他情形。
