军人婚姻是否受到法律保护？

现役军人在婚姻中享有特殊法律保护，但如果他们犯有重大过错，如重婚、家庭暴力、吸毒等，配偶可以要求离婚而无需征得其同意。军婚的法律保护规定为：配偶要求离婚时，现役军人应征得同意，但若军人一方有重大过错除外。重大过错包括：重婚或同居他人；实施家庭暴力、虐待或遗弃家庭成员；有赌博、吸毒等恶习屡教不改。《民法典》第一千零八十一条
