释义	法律分析：有期徒刑的刑期从判决执行之日起计算，判决前先行羁押的，羁押1日折抵刑期1日。被判处有期徒刑的犯罪分子，在监狱或其他劳动改造场所执行。凡有劳动能力的，实行劳动改造。服刑期间，确有真诚悔改或立功表现的，可以减刑;符合一定条件的，也可以假释。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十七条有期徒刑的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算;判决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期一日。
