释义	法律分析: 国有股权价格不能为零，对于非国有股权转让价格，一般情况下，只要转让行为合法有效，没有侵害股东的债权人的权利实现的，可以为零。但如果零价格转让股权的行为损害了债权人利益的，债权人可以依法向人民法院提起诉讼，请求人民法院请求撤销该股权转让的行为。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
