释义	法律分析：在符合法律规定的情形时，商标局有权撤销注册商标活注销注册商标，其后果为商标注册人失去该商标专用权，不再受法律保护。在商标被注销或者撤销的情况下，为了防止发生商标出处的混淆，注册商标被撤销的或者期满不再续展的，自撤销或者注销之日起一年内，商标局对与该商标相同或者近似的商标注册申请，不予核准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法》第四十六条注册商标被撤销的或者期满不再续展的，自撤销或者注销之日起一年内，商标局对与该商标相同或者近似的商标注册申请，不予核准。
